As worship leaders we know that getting your band all singing from the same hymn sheet is critical, but can also be hard work! To help keep your team on track we created our free set listing tool, which is now available to all WeAreWorship users that have our free Grace membership. Our set lists are packed with handy functions designed to make preparing to lead worship as easy as possible, including:-

  • One click to print out the chords or sheet music for your entire setlist
  • Export the lyrics to you whole set list in one ready compiled and formated PowerPoint file - making projection a piece of cake
  • Can't find the song you need in our library? Maybe it's brand new and yet to be added to the site, or maybe it's one of your own songs. No worries, just add it as a Private Song

Get yourself ready ready to lead in 3 easy steps

1. Create your setlist.

Creating your setlist is super quick. Once you've logged into the site then just hit the 'Set Lists' icon in the top right of the page

This opens up your set list control panel

Then just add a set list title, and hit the plus button.

Now you're all set to start adding songs!

2. Add songs to your list

Now that you've crrated your list you need to add songs to it. Fortunately with over 9,000 songs in our library we've probably got the song you need. Simply search for the song you need, and open the song page. If you're one of our paid subscribers then you'll be able to select the format you want the song in, as well as the key you require. Once you've done this just hit the 'add to setlist button

And select the song list that you want to add the song to

Can't find the song your need? No problem, you can add it as a private song - scroll down to find out how.

3. How to edit and use your setlits

Once you've added your songs then hit the Set List icon in the top right again to take you back to your set list dashboard. From here just hit the pencil icon on the right of your set list title to open it up, and edit your list.

You can change the order of songs by dragging and dropping them into the order you're after - you can also change the key and format of the song here.

Want to print out the entire list with one click? No problem! Hitting the 'Download PDF' button creates a cimbined PDF of your entire list!

Want to get a PowerPoint of the whole set list with all of the songs lyrics arranged onto individuel slides? We've got that covered too!!! Just hit the 'Download PowerPoint' button.

Can't find the song you need in our library, or is it one of your own songs? Just hit the 'Add Private Song' button to create a new song just for you! You can add private songs to your won set lits, and can retrieve them by using the Private Song filter in your song search results.

Now open your set list in Lead Mode
