Jake Isaac is the man with the vision for the iEqualsChange (iEC) initiative; a band & movement developed to inspire and empower young Christians to be about the business of change in their local communities and nation.

As well as recording his first debut album in 2005 - For more of You - Jake and the iEC! Band recorded their first live album in 2009. The eponymous album had a strong showing and saw Jake nominated for a MOBO award in 2010.

February 2013 saw the recording of the iEC band's second Live project, Break These Chains. Full of powerful songs, the album features co-writes with UK based African Worship Leader Muyiwa and Dove Award winning Martin Smith of Delirious.

Jake is an active leader in his local church, Christian Life Fellowship, Greenwich. He has been leading worship for 10 years, and is becoming an established leader in his generation under the stewardship and accountability of his Pastor, Joseph Boadu and his father Revd. Les Isaac OBE, founder of Street Pastors.

Jake has a real heart for his generation both in the church and outside the church, and he believes that he is called to inspire his peers to have a heart for the Kingdom of God and the souls waiting to be won.
