No joke - I once heard someone rebuild that timeless classic ‘More Love, More Power’ around the riff from Seven Nation Army. It worked. Sort of.

What’s your take on it all? Is bringing mainstream melodies into the church a profoundly good and time-honored thing? Or is it the slippery slope to some seriously weird musical moments?
